We work as hard as you do–Same Day Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday (except holidays)

Do understand that delays may happen. Unforeseen circumstances such as calamities, weather disruptions, inaccessibility of location, and delivery service interruptions may happen. We’ll make sure to keep you updated though!
How will my items be packed?
All Same Day Deliveries will be packed using our Aura Athletica paper bag.
How will my items be delivered?
Our partner courier Payo Delivery will make sure your stuff gets to you ASAP. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS update with tracking details.
Is Same Day Delivery available everywhere?
Our Same Day Delivery option is only available for addresses around Metro Manila at the moment. For provincial orders, head to our Shipping Policy
How much is the Shipping Fee for Same Day Delivery orders?
Shipping fee is P180.
What are the available payment options for Same Day Delivery orders?
We accept Debit/Credit card, Gcash, BillEase and TendoPay payment for Same-Day Delivery orders. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not applicable for Same Day Delivery orders.
Can I earn Rewards Points when I order for Same Day Delivery?
Yes, you can earn rewards points when you purchase items for Same Day Delivery.
How do I cancel my Same-Day Delivery order?
Sorry! We can’t cancel or modify orders once it has been confirmed.
What is the Exchange Policy for Same-Day Delivery orders?
In cases where you receive an item that is defective, is not what you ordered, or has missing parts, you may have it replaced as long as it meets the following criteria:
- It is within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the order.
- It is in new condition, never been used, and in the original packaging, along with all accessories. Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, socks and under garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Altered and personalized merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The item was purchased from auraathletica.com
- We can only offer the same style and color in exchange for the defective item. In cases where there are no sizes available anymore of the same style and color, you have the option to choose another color or style. Retail price must be the same value.
- You must return the item for exchange to Aura Athletica, Power Plant Mall branch. You may drop by our store or arrange delivery.
- For exchanges due to size change, shipping costs for both the return and delivery of the pair/s will be shouldered by the customer.
- For exchanges of defective items, shipping costs for the return of the item and for the delivery of the new item will be shouldered by Aura Athletica.
- Processing and shipping of replacement pieces may take up to 1-2 business days.
