Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes! here’s how you can place your order for in-store pick up.
- Add items to your cart.
- At checkout, select In-Store Pickup.
- We’ll notify you when your order is ready
- Pick up at our store at R2 Level, Power Plant Mall, Makati City
How can I pick up my order?
In-store pick up applies to Metro Manila and Greater Metro Manila orders only.
For physical in-store pick up:
- Please present a valid ID and your order confirmation email.
- If a representative will pick up your order, please leave their full name on the order notes section during check out or email it to hi@auraathletica.com. Kindly ask them to bring a copy of the order confirmation and a valid government-issued ID.
For third-party couriers:
You may opt to book your own courier of your choice using the details below:

Before booking, kindly wait for a notice from our customer care team if your order is ready for pick up to avoid any inconvenience.

Until what time can I place an order for in-store pickup?
- Cut-off time for same-day store pick up is until 8pm.
- Orders made at 8PM onwards will be available for pick up the next day.
- Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Orders will be ready for pick up after 4 hours.
