  • We are upgrading our loyalty system to give you better rewards value for every purchase. Starting on November 30, 2023*, these will be our rewards mechanics:

    Bronze

    Silver

    Gold

    Earning

    Php 200 = 1 point

    Redemption

    1 point = Php 1

    In-store and online

  • What if I already have an account under The A-Team?
  • Your account and points will remain the same and active once you have updated your profile and re-registered.

  • How can I retain my membership?
  • Update your profile at bit.ly/TheATeamProfile until November 24, 2023 to retain your membership.

  • What will happen to my rewards points?
  • Your unused points as of November 24, 2023* will be retained as we upgrade our system.

  • When can I use my points?
  • You may use your points until November 24, 2023. Usage of points will be paused as we make changes to the program from November 25-29. Beginning November 30, you can resume earning and redeeming points under our new program.
  • Can I check my points balance?
  • Yes, you may view your points balance by logging-in your registered mobile number at https://www.zap.com.ph/login.

  • Can I check my previous purchase transactions?
  • Yes, you may submit a request by mailing us at hi@auraathletica.com for your previous purchase transactions.

  • What will happen to my account if I cancel my membership?
  • Your rewards points will be forfeited unless you redeem them before you cancel your account.

  • How can I cancel my membership?

  • What would be my tier if I am already a member?
  • Default tier will start at Bronze when we migrate to the new rewards program.

  • Will I be able to earn points if the store system is offline?
  • We apologize for the inconvenience, our loyalty system will be offline and we will not be able to award points and allow redemption.
