  • What is The A-Team?
  • The A-Team is a loyalty program designed to make shopping for your activewear more rewarding and convenient. Members can earn points and redeem them at Aura Athletica store and on auraathletica.com plus get bonuses while doing so!

  • Where can I join?
  • You can sign-up for The A-Team at Aura Athletica, Power Plant Mall, and online through auraathletica.com.

    Online Registration Possible Scenarios:

    1. What if I am already registered in auraathletica.com but not a rewards member?

    You may log-in your account at auraathletica.com to check. on the accounts page, click the “Join rewards program”.

    2. What if I am a member of The A-Team but have no account in auraathletica.com?

    You may link your card number once you register at auraathletica.com

    3. What if I am a member of The A-Team but with a separate auraathletica.com account? 

    Please be informed that only 1 card number can be tied to an account. choose your active account that will be linked to auraathletica.com

  • How can I earn rewards points?
  • For every P200, a member can earn 1 rewards point.

  • What are the membership tiers?
  • The A-Team has 3 tiers with different perks and benefits. Your tier will depend on your total spend in the last 12 months.

    Level 1 - Bronze: default tier upon sign-up for membership

    Level 2 - Silver: member tier for accumulated spend of P30,000

    Level 3 - Gold: member tier for accumulated spend of P70,000

  • Will I earn points on purchases with less than P200?
  • Yes, you can also earn points for transactions less than P200 amount (1-199).

  • How are my points calculated?
  • The amount you spent will be divided by P200 to get the rewards points to be earned. See example below:

    Total purchase: P150

    POINTS = 150/200 = 0.75 rewards points

  • What is a Birthday Bonus?
  • The A-Team members may enjoy a one-time 20% discount on a regular-priced item valid within their birth month.

  • How do I redeem my Birthday Bonus?
  • Present a valid id with your birthday and provide your registered mobile number or card number for verification.

    Points Earning

  • Do my rewards points expire?
  • Yes, your points will expire after 1 year and 1 month of your registration date. see example below:

  • Will I be able to earn points if the store system is offline?
  • We apologize for the inconvenience, our loyalty system is offline and we will not be able to award points. But, we will take note of your points earned and process it once the system is back online.

  • Do I earn points for non-cash transactions?
  • Yes, points can be earned using any mode of payment.

  • Can I earn rewards points when I purchase an Aura Athletica Gift Card?
  • Yes, points can only be earned when you use our gift card but not upon purchase.

  • Can I earn points on exchanged items?
  • Your points status will depend on the value of your exchanged item. Please refer to the examples below:

  • What will happen to my points if I return an item?
  • When you return your items, the points that came with it will be subtracted or voided from your account once your request is approved.

    Points Redemption

  • How do i redeem my rewards points?
  • You can redeem your rewards points in-store and on auraathletica.com. A one time password will be sent to your registered mobile number, which you will need to proceed with the transaction.

  • Is there a maximum value of points I can redeem?
  • You can redeem all your points at any given time.

  • Will I be able to redeem points if the store system is offline?
  • Our system will not be able to process your transaction when our system is offline.

    What else?

  • How long will my membership last?
  • Our membership does not have an expiration.

  • When will the points be reflected on my account if I buy in-store?
  • Your points will be reflected on your account right after you shop in-store as long as our system is online. You will receive a notification on your registered mobile number once your transaction is completed.

  • When will the points be reflected on my account if I buy at auraathletica.com?
  • Your points will reflect after 15-days from your order date.

  • When will the points reflect on my account if the system is offline?
  • Your points will reflect within 3-5 business days.

  • What if my points are not reflected on my account?
  • If you cannot view your points balance, please contact us at hi@auraathletica.com.

  • Do you have a physical The A-Team Card?
  • The A-Team is a fully digital program.

  • How can I check my points balance in-store?
  • You can request to view your points balance from our cashier. Each time you purchase from us, your receipt will also reflect your points balance.

  • How can I check my points balance at auraathletica.com?
  • You may view your points balance by logging-in your rewards account at auraathletica.com.

  • What if I want to change my mobile number connected to my rewards account?
  • Contact us at hi@auraathletica.com for any changes on your account. You will be asked to give your personal information to verify your account.

  • How do we get in touch with Aura Athletica?
