What is your Exchange Policy for online and store orders?
If your item isn’t quite right— whether it’s the wrong one, arrived with a damage, or isn’t up to our standards– we’ll happily replace it, free of charge, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- It is within 30 days upon purchasing the item
- You have the copy of the original receipt
- It is in new condition, never been used or laundered and in the original packaging, along with the hang tags.
- Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, socks and under garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Altered and personalized merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The item was purchased from auraathletica.com or Aura Athletica, Power Plant Mall.
If it meets the criteria, please contact us at hi@auraathletica.com using the subject line: For Exchange, provide us with the following details in the email:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Address
- Date of Purchase
- Item to be exchanged (style, size, and color)
- Photo of the Item
- Reason for exchange
All requests for returns and exchanges will be subject for approval Shipping costs to be incurred for the exchange will be shouldered by the customer.
Prefer to visit our store? You may exchange your item in person at Aura Athletica, Power Plant Mall after notifying us via email.
