How long does is take to deliver?
Upon confirmation, your order will be delivered within:
- 3-5 business days for Metro Manila orders including Greater Metro Manila
- 5-10 business days for provincial deliveries
Our goal is to deliver your items as soon as we can. However, we might encounter delays that may be caused by the following situations:
- Unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities and weather disruptions, accidents, civil disturbances, and other similar circumstances
- Shipping service interruptions
- Access to delivery area
- Incomplete address indicated by customer or no one to receive the order
- Peak season and holidays
How much are the shipping and handling costs?
- Shipping fees are computed based on your address and size of your order.
- Shipping fee starts at P100 for Metro Manila addresses and P120 for provincial addresses. You can see the final shipping fee upon checkout.
I ordered over the weekend. What happens next?
- Orders placed at the end of business hours on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the following Monday or business day.
Do you ship internationally?
- Not at the moment.
What are your payment options and in what currency will my payment at checkout be charged in?
- We accept debit and credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, e-wallets such as Gcash and Maya, and BillEase Installments. All payments are made in Philippine Peso (PHP).
